I can't say why the download speed is dropping off but I can say that this connection has a weak signal, is using wireless G for some reason, is using outdated security and has really poor signal strength.

I personally would not expect too much from this connection. I believe the router is outdated going by it's only using wireless G and you are too far from the router to expect decent connection speeds.

In your case I believe that updating the router to a newer wireless N model and moving closer to the router would help considerably. :)

The router itself won't help much unless you move closer to it or set up an access point because the signal strength is very weak.

I can't see your set up but if you have a modem or router you just need to plug into the router or modem using Ethernet.

Your ISP could also be throttling the bandwidth but you need to ask them about that.

i asked them and told them the prob . and yes they throttled the bandwith bcs i bypass the limit of download . the limit is 20 GB  usally i download 100 GB .
now i will pay 20$ more to have more speed and more GB of downloads . so the net cost me now about 50$ evry month . with 20 Mb/s download speed and 35 GB limit .
now i will wait them to activate the new account to see if the speed wil drop again .
