HI ,

I am having an interesting issue here. I have two accounts on my windows 8 laptop. One has admin rights and other is default guest account. Initially every thing was ok as i bought this laptop couple of weeks back. But since yesterday when i use guest account i cannot connect to internet. I see the following errors as shown in the screen shots attached . But i when i click the connectivity icon, it does display all the available wireless networks and shows that it is connected to my home wireless router. Also i manually tired to create a new profile but it didn't allow me to save as there is one existing already.I would appreciate if anyone can tell whats going on...

thanks

Did you check your network connection performance? If you didn't you better do it.
The easiest way is to use the link below:
Test your Connection there is a single button you need to press to start the tests...
The Connectivity Checker will perform a series of network tests for modern Web Services
like WebSockets and WebRTC. A unique url will be created with the results which you can
then share so i can help you with your problem.
