I have a Lenovo Z580 btw so that means that mostly everything you might suggest to me will already have been done :p (since there are so many problems with Lenovo).
On a more serious note, as the title says, I would appreciate any sort of help as I am really clueless on what to do now :( I have to resort using my phone to do work as I have no internet access.

Stuff ive done is power management to max performance, installed lastest 8.1 drivers from Lenovo and intel site, uninstall driver in safe mode etc...

Thanks

You didn't even mention if this was a wired or wireless connection?

Have you tried going to the Windows Update Center using a wired connection for the latest updates.

The Lenovo site shows wireless drivers which came out yesterday, they may make changes to them if they aren't working so check the driver version. Other than that this particular model of Lenovo is famous for having problems which I'm sure you are aware of, no magic fix that I know of.

The reason I mentioned using the cable is that it's very likely a visit to the Windows update center will solve the problem.
