Solved Types of Broadband

My router has two broadband ports on it, one saying ONT and one saying DSL. What do these mean/can I plug into them with a Ethernet cable?

Who is your service provider (Verizon perhaps)? What service are you subscribed to (FIOS or DSL)? Also, what is the make/model number of the router?
