I'm trying to get onto a a VPN in Windows 8.1 but I might have put in something wrong during the configuration.
However, the trouble I'm having is when I attempt to connect to the (possibly erroneous) VPN, I can't seem to stop it once it starts. It just keeps saying "Connecting" when I look at the Network Connections window and I can't even bring up the sidebar that lets you pick a wifi connection or connect to a saved VPN.
I know my issue is sorta specific but anyone else have this trouble? The only way I'm able to alleviate it is by logging off the PC.
