Ok

I have this issue where i get limited network access on my wifi after a random amount of time. Could be 5 mins, 5 hours, anything. Now if i disconnect and reconnect my pc freezes every time.

If i restart it connects fine. If it's not set to connect auto it connects without freeze..

I've disabled bonjour, i've turned off power saving mode on the adapter in network settings.
I've also done the ipconfig release and renew in cmd.

Still having this issue. And its not the wifi, as this has happened with multiple different connections.

Help please!

Start your computer in safemode with networking

If it runs fine with no problems, then you have a software or driver issue

I would go to device manager and uninstall your wireless driver, then on top click action and select scan for hardware changes and allow windows to reinstall the default drivers.

Reboot normally, reconnect via wifi, enter wifi password when prompted..

If all ok, do the same for your ethernet driver

It did not work normally in safe mode?

Then we need to look for a hardware issue or password issue.

Do your other devices connect with no problems?

Can you connect wired via ethernet to test whether the problem is your wireless card?

When you lose connection from your wireless does the blue wifi icon go away, turn orange or stay blue?

oh! no sorry it worked in safe mode but deleting and uninstalling drivers or just uninstalling and getting windows to restore defaults yielded no difference

if you download the great app called SPECCY, and let it scan your hardware, then goto the file tab and save snapshot, then upload the file as an attachment I will be able to see what your hardware is doing.

I recommend you upload it as attachment because there is an enourmous amout of info in it and it will be too much to read in text form.

Upload via [go advanced] option on bottom of post

Thank you for sending the speccy , it makes things sooooo much easier..

I see in your speccy, that you were down to 31% battery and not charging at the time.

Your internet connection to "the rear" was at 68% signal strength

Everything looked fine in your network setup.

Do you have this problem only when youre on batteries or also when youre plugged in?

Does this happen when you use ethernet as well?

Is your router too hot to touch? Can is breathe easily or is it stacked on other devices?

Have you powered it off then back on?

There are 2 more things id like to try but first id like to know what the above answers are..

If the system goes into limited connection again, please run speccy again and do another snaphot, this will give me a comparison from when your network is down and when its working..

ok!

I have this problem with low or high battery, plugged in or not.

All those router problems are a no as this happens with different internet connections at different locations.
Like if i take my laptop to a friends pad.

Here is a screen cap of it with limited

Ive looked at both your speccys report and I see absolutely no problem with your connection to your router.

The only thing missing is the actual internet connection...

When the connection is limited can you connect to the internet via other devices such as tablet or smart phone?

The problem could be in your router or the cable that carries your internet to the router..

If you hardwire to your router do you have internet then, when you are limited wirelessly?

Firewall may be the issue..

What antivirus/firewall program are you using?

In safemode these programs do not run which is why you were probably able to keep your internet then..

Disable them and see if you have full internet access..

You can usually right click the icon and disable for an hour or until next boot..
