Solved Panasonic Smart TV. VIERA E30 series Streaming problem.

I had my media server DLEONSKIE-PC linked up for streaming from my libraries on this PC to VIERA E30, this worked no problem,this was prior to Installing Windows 8 a few months ago. I now cannot access my music library, but can access my pictures library. This now seems to be a very hit and miss affair. VERA E30 I'm told is compatable with Windows 8. My Homegroup now seems to have two titles in it. DLEONSKIE-PC, which originates from when I had Windows 7, and "derrick smythe" which is the my account name for Windows 8. it is all on the private network setting. When I enter the homegroup it shows my libraries under both headings. It's driving me nuts, has anyone had similar problems or can offer advice re- networking/home group that I might have missed. You may need to delete all connected pc on your TV and establish a new connection with your current setup to prevent your TV from looking for non-existing source.
