I can no longer connect to a network (Internet)

I've been using Windows 8 Pro for a month now and everything has gone smoothly.

However, ever since earlier this week I've been unable to connect to my work's wifi (router), and as of tonight, I'm unable to connect to my house's router. I either receive an error stating it was unable to connect or that the connection is limited. However, if I use my cell phone as a hotspot, I am able to connect without a hitch. What's happening??
