Cant disconnect and Delete an internet dial up connection

I wanted to delete an internet dial connection,but this thing is not getting disconnected and so cant be deleted.Pls help..

You should be able to delete or uninstall the problem network adaptor by going into the Control Panel>Device Manager, open up Network adaptors then try to find the offending adaptor and either uninstall or disable it.
