My PC kills networks.

I must be bad luck. My PC, which has gone through several hardware changes over the last year seems to kill networks. I have to reset my router daily. I've had the same issue with 3 diff routers, 3 diff network cards, and using both Windows 7 and Windows 8. Same issue wireless or wired. I do a lot of file sharing and video streaming on my local network and a fair amount of downloading. I've tried configuring static IP and DNS settings on the pc and in the router itself with no luck. I'm at a loss for what I can do to try resolving this issue...
