This used to be quite simple in Win7 but I can't figure out how to do it in 8.
Perhaps I am being stupid but I hope somebody could tell me.

THanks! I am doing this, but a lot of applications seem to be missing. I'm adding the one that I want to ban from the internet, but I then can't find it in the list. Could this feature be buggy, or limited somehow?

Not sure why a particular App isn't showing up on the list, but this is how you would prevent an App from getting to the internet. :)
