Solved No internet after installing windows 8

Hello, i need help.

I was on windows 7 and after upgrading to windows 8 i have no internet. My wireless connection shows that is connected and ok, but when i try to enter mozilla i cannot get to any page. Internet explorer doesnt open at all. Tried many things but nothing seems to work. Please help...

Hi tethgirl, welcome to the forums, if you have any third party security/anti virus program installed, uninstall it, I believe you have burnt a DVD, if not, burn a DVD by going to the email sent by Store when you purchased Wind 8, click the link and download, select the option to create Media, burn a DVD and do a Refresh (second option) with this Tutorial.
