Okay never mind somehow my laptop has cooperated and I have managed to do the steps in the guide provided. Will keep you updated if any more BSODs occur. Thanks!

Okay I cannot even create a system restore point. It just keeps loading but nothing happens. I cannot shut down or restart my system as well as they would just show the loading but nothing ever happens even leaving it for a few hours

But I have uninstalled Trend Micro per your request. So I'm a little worried haha

I still can't open Windows Defender. Is that a cause for concern?
