    HP Laptop will not restart/shut down, +more..

    I have a almost brand new HP laptop with 8.1 on it. It was working fine until 2 days ago. Now, I can't shut it down unless I hold down the power button..it won't re-start..I can't open certain programs. I've ran Malware checks and ran my Anti-Virus, all came up clean. What could have caused...
