UPDATE: Guess what guys, after the realtek driver updates for audio and nic. I havent seen a BSOD. Been running solid for the past 6 days. I did remove avast about 4 days ago to give defender a try. So far so goood! Thanks for the tips and recommendations!!! Much appreciated!!!

ok, updated the Realtek audio & network drivers from Realteks website. Gigabyte didnt have any win8 drivers for my mobo. Lets test this out and see. If I still get BSOD, i'll try removing avast. Or just wait a few for more opinions from the almighty BSOD SQUAD! Thanks in advance!

lolz, i was just gonna check my video drivers version so I right clicked on nvidia setting on system tray, even before the menu opened....bam!! BSOD. I've done latest and currently on beta 310.33 driver. It doesn't BSOD when im playing BF3. only when im clicking on an app on the metro...
