You may be right if one uses a Microsoft account. But this is a PC I'm using at work and I didn't use my Microsoft account. I'd rather using a local account. So now that no Microsoft account is associated with my Windows account, how the Store is selected? thanks

thanks for all the advices. I've followed each one, and still the Apps from Store are downloading in Japanese. Sometimes I think the developers in MS are Genius. Any other idea? Many thanks
