    Well what would be a 'regular' router? It's one I can physically reset I'm just not sure if my ISP would be helpful for that process or if I can do everything by myself.

    If I do a router 30-30-30 reset, do I need to contact my ISP? I'm pretty comfortable using the GUI so I could change the configuration pretty easily.

    I've forgotten the Network and then reconnected to it, but by 'manually' do you just mean finding the connection again through the network list? If yes, then yes I've done that.

    Just took it to a coffee shop and it connects just fine. Well now we narrowed it down to being something funky between my home connection and laptop. Great suggestion! Now if we could just figure out what that funky thing is...

    Yes, I tried a restore point from before the problems started. I disabled Kaspersky, and turned off Windows Defender/Firewall. I also tried toggling the firewall on my router. Good suggestions, though.
