I have a Samsung NP350V4C which has Windows 8 Single Language. I tried to use the Option in Settings\ General\ Remove Everything and Reinstall Windows. It asked me if I would like to remove files only or do a clean reinstall. I selected to do a clean install. The Pc then restarted and an error...
