Windows 8.1 BSOD on startup: 'INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE'

I'm sorry to make another post within this area of the forum on the same problem, however I thought it would have been easier to start a new topic seeing that new developments have occurred and that it's been ages since I posted in the my last thread here. And now to the topic. My desktop's...

BSOD preventing 8.1 from starting up appears for split sec

According to both websites, both the SSD (Kingston HyperX 3K) and the HDD (Western Digital Green 2TB) use SATA III.

BSOD preventing 8.1 from starting up appears for split sec

Sorry to keep posting; it's about the second solution. Would this work? http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B006J2L0ZM/ref=s9_simh_gw_p147_d0_i1?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=center-7&pf_rd_r=1E33K4JHMP03WJAMTG5S&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=455345507&pf_rd_i=468294

I've returned, and both the Hard Drive and the SSD passed.

BSOD preventing 8.1 from starting up appears for split sec

I'm using the diagnostic procedure right now; the SSD's passed the test, while I'm still waiting for the HDD to finish. It's got 2TB so it'll take some time.

BSOD preventing 8.1 from starting up appears for split sec

I've resorted back to using the disc since my bloody system can't seem to recognise what's on the USB. Sadly, a 0x0000007b error was thrown my way when I attempted to start up Ultimate Boot CD.

Update: I've now realised that Ultimate Boot CD can be done via USB.

BSOD preventing 8.1 from starting up appears for split sec

I don't have any CD's at the moment, though I am planning to go into town today so I can get some then, and copy Ultimate Boot onto one.

BSOD preventing 8.1 from starting up appears for split sec

Ok then, but I'm not sure how to backup my data in this situation. I do have external storage lying around that still works (500GB Seagate and a few USB's). The Firefox data is on the primary drive (SSD), while my personal data is across that and my secondary drive (HDD).

BSOD preventing 8.1 from starting up appears for split sec

Firstly, my PC doesn't have overclock on it, just to clear that up. Now I assume that the GPU was overheating because the fan noise I heard was a lot like when I was playing Just Cause 2. I even checked in the Corsair Link software at the time, and that showed it at a high RPM. Though when I...

BSOD preventing 8.1 from starting up appears for split sec

Just today, my desktop's been unable to boot into the login screen on Windows 8.1 due to a blue screen that appears for a split second, and forced the PC to restart. Some of this, I think, should be surely linked to the GPU, as it's left me with a black screen and loud fan noise about three of...

    Access point recommendations

Well there are two I've had in mind. Even if they seem unconventional for access points, they fit in terms of price: http://www.amazon.co.uk/TP-Link-TL-WR702N-Wireless-Extender-Set-top/dp/B006PYGWG6/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1389025448&sr=1-1&keywords=router...

Solved XFX 7950 (possibly) causing black screens + loud fan noise

Done that, and my system hasn't crashed so far watching YouTube. If Sims 3 works, then I my problem should be solved.

Solved XFX 7950 (possibly) causing black screens + loud fan noise

That's what I suspected and I think it's what's causing all this. However, I can't seem to find it under 'Installed Updates' despite it being in the update history...

Solved XFX 7950 (possibly) causing black screens + loud fan noise

Since yesterday, my graphics card has been starting to go to black screens and emit loud fan noises. I suspect it may be due to a recent update regarding something about WDDM 1.3 since that too was installed yesterday. I have managed to play The Sims 3 at max settings today without the problem...
