Yes I am. I have logged on the Demon site you posted - however I cannot see any options to access my mail? Just details to change my password etc. I have never actually seen this before!

I just use Windows Live Mail version 2011 for my email. My server is provided by a company called Demon. Is this the information you need?

Hi I am running Windows Live Mail on Windows 8. When I press send/receive it says there is a large message being downloaded/executed. Although, it never comes through to my inbox. Is there anyway that I can find out who is sending the message or to permanently stop it trying to come through...
