I download adobe reader it's working now I can print now. I have another problem do you know anything about pc pro cleaner I try to X out it but it will not leave. And what is it.

I thinks that's what it is. I did a refresh on the computer, and it's still the same. I also have a cordless cannon printer.

I've been trying print something the reader come up and it's a black screen.

When I try to print from the reader app it shows a black screen
