    I have a Windows RT 8.1 Surface tablet. I am wondering if I can install and use WindowsLiveMail. Right now I have to use Outlook and I would like to change to WLM. I have another machine running Windows 7 and using WLM and like it very much. Thanks for any help. Shiron
