I rebooted and tried again, the message is that there is not enough storage capacity. What must I do to get my Print Shop to work??

Another instruction tells me I have to install Windows installer 3.1, but that won't install because I now get a message that says there is not enough memory, yet I have almost 4gigs avail. I am at my wits end.

I can't even get my Print Shop to install. Where do I find "compatibility mode?" I am so upset over this whole thing. First I get an error message that the .net framework 1.1 file is missing, then it can't be installed because it is not compatible with W8.1 so MS website instructs to install...
