I did it. Still shows those Troubleshooting problems.
BTW, Initially the Windows Store App and PC Settings weren't working but after completing the DISM and SFC SCANNOW, both are working. However, Apps like Calculator and Calendar etc aren't opening. :(

Ok. I ran the sfc /scannow & Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth a couple more times and now, it says Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
However, when I run the Apps Troubleshooter, this is what it says:-

It used to be like that for me as well, mate. If the window opened minimized, I would maximize it and then close it. So, the next time when I open it, it opened maximized. But that hasn't been working for almost a week. :(

The folder issue is sorted now.
But, no changes with the File Explorer. I held the window header and dragged it upto the top and it blew up maximized. I closed the window and when I opened again, its minimized again.
