Well, it looks like I spoke to soon. It is acting the exact same way when trying to install Windows. Any ideas for diagnosing? I will run the diagnose tool again but if it finds the same problem, what does that mean exactly? Does this repeating problem help pinpoint some other faulty hardware?

Well, the Quick Test came up empty but the full test detected and solved Error Code 0223. I just need to attempt a reinstall and see if it worked and that was the only problem. I will come back and mark solved once everything is up and running, many thanks for the info and help!
