This was driving me mad too! My solution:- Open task manager Start-up tab “TOSHIBA Function Key Main Module” Right click and Disable Reboot. Test not by immediate ALT F4 but open eg Windows Explorer and then try ALT F4 Good luck!! Don't know how to switch back easily. Of course you can repeat...
