I think I will yeah. The disc format appears to only be a repair disc. Not sure how much they will want to send me a flash drive with a full recovery on though.

Apologies I'm new to the forum shall fill in the details when on a desktop. Zoostorm desktop I7 3770 processor. I'm considering using the disc option which windows 8 offers if I can't fix it. Thanks

I am having this exact same problem. New win8 machine and won't complete the recovery drive.
