    Excellent...that EXACTLY solves the issue. I want Secure Boot OFF and Windows NOT to plaster my desktop with garbage telling me about it.

    Ok, obviously you can get rid of this by enabling SecureBoot, I personally have no intentions of re-enabling SecureBoot as I dual boot with Linux. I just want the watermark to go away.
