i kinda need like an exact step by step cause i dont wanna do anythign wrong and mess up my pc :)

this started popping up about a week ago. then after a few restarts my computer said repairing disk errors like a week ago then my computer was working normally. after a couple days the computer just went back to sayign reboot and select proper device. i need help on what to do. can you guys...
