After getting in touch with the Microsoft forum, they said that winload.efi was missing and usually the product key is embedded in the BIOS/UEFI so I decided the easiet way was to purchase another product key for 30 euro and roll back to 8.1 pro..

right I created a GPT Partition using rufus and an evaluation copy of 8.1 enterprise, deleted the contents of the stick and copied all files from my recovery partition excluding "System Volume Information" when I restart I get ERROR: NTFS Partition could not be mounted: [14] not found..
OK Great I have created a Gpt partition scheme for uefi with a file system of ntfs, copied the recovery partition to the stick excluding system volume information now all I have to do is boot from the memory stick?
yes the only trouble being is I cant copy it to a fat32 partition using xcopy but it refuses to do certain files, I will post a screenshot in approx. 20 mins
