Brink, It had occurred to me that what you suggest would work better, but I didn't know how; now I do. I really appreciate the help! As the handle implies, I've been around since before Windows and so I haven't decided if I really want and/or need Windows 8, yet. Again, thanks, Richard

I am running W8 & W7 in a dual boot setup. I am aware that folders like My Music can be moved to a different drive in both W7 & W8, what I'd like to know is if I move W7's My Music folder to, say the E: drive, can I tell W8 to look in the same folder?
