Problem solved: control, delete, alt is instantaneous.

I like running my screensaver when I am giving massages but when I try to exit out of the screensaver it often takes 30 sec to a minute and the screen goes blank before exiting. I am pressing the Windows button on my keyboard. Any suggestions? Thanks.
