I am aware of all those settings, but like I said in the post, I have everything set to NOT sleep when it is plugged in, including the ones in Device manager for the wireless network card. So it should not sleep, but it does.
I leave my laptop on at night to capture updates etc. On my new HP Envy with win 8.1 by morning the wireless card seems to have gone to sleep and the signal strength icon is grayed out. The pci power settings are "OFF" and the power setting in Device manager are also set to NOT turn it off...
