if i could i would, i did the back up on my ext drive that has since stoped working. the disk i bought thru ms hasnt arrived yet. so im sort of stuck,

system/ dell studio xps 9100 upgraded from 7. the thing was restarting, and doing updates. lost power, wont boot up, heck it wont do anything but tell me it cant fix problem. any suggestions?
