i screwed up :( sorry for mistake. Looking at it, i thought i uploaded the wrong file. I deleted it from the original post, went to upload again and forgot to save it on my desktop lol. i was running it from remote desktop application and cant access the computer at the moment. Thats my fault...

i have now tried updating my video card drivers, used a driver cleaning tool AMD supplied. Motherboard is older, but it appears they are as up to date as they can be. Short of wiping the OS and starting over, any other ideas?
