    @AdamF, I did see the post.... but it doesnt help me. @Berton, have performed clean install so i dont think reset is possible. @Clintlgm, I have downloaded the driver from the hp site itself.. but it doesnt work. The error msg that appears is "Application Install: install package failure!"...
