When I have external drives installed at start up, my computer running 8.1 won't start up. It does when I remove the external drive. How do I fix this, never had it before, just got a new drive installed. Thanks

Hi, After refreshing windows 8 with no luck and losing a lot of programs etc. I decided to reload windows 7 and forget about 8 for a while. It is more to my liking. Thanks anyway, Mavis :D
