SMB Feature it's on the features list but cannot enable it

Hello, I need SMB to improve my network connection on Windows 8.1 but cannot install it... I suppose missing same dependencies, but from where to download it and how to install it ? Here it's the CBS logs: I tried too: Dism /Online /Enable-feature /FeatureName:SMB1Protocol But fail
