Solved How can I retrieve administrator username and password?
Finally switching off the PC for three or four time during the initial charging I had the possibility to reset Windows 8. Obviously you lose all your personal files, but also the administrator account! So I created a new Microsoft account and win8 work very well!- lucabeche86
