    I need to put the win8.1 pro ISO on my USB. I'm building my first gaming computer and it won't have a optical drive so I need to put the ISO on the USB and boot it up from there.

    That tutorial is exactly what I'm doing and it didn't help. Also my computer has more than enough space to download this so that's not the problem. It simply isn't letting me download the ISO with this program and I cannot figure out why. I have a wired connection through time warner.
