Windows 8 (8.1 actually) is great. You have to remember that you can never satisfied everybody. Impossible. Some are still running XP (how do you spell ouache or eurk) some are running windows 7 (which is a great windows) and some are running windows 8. There is something you have to remember...

Why don't you install a fresh copy of windows 8.1? The other thing is restoring an image is good for the same material only. Lievre
