I just noticed something. I copied 5 pictures from an old hard drive and pasted them into my picture library They were grayed out compared to the other pictures and didn't show up when I started the app.

No folder and 2 files.

There are 3.

I copied a new picture to my desktop. I did what you recommended to do on your last post and opened the picture with Photos. I then copied that picture along with 2 others that were on my desktop and placed them into the empty default picture library folder. The 2 older pictures showed up...

I download a picture from the Iphone. I showed up on the start picture app. I deleted all the pictures in the file except the one I just loaded from the phone. I cut and pasted the picture to the desktop. I moved the picture back to the picture library and now it doesn't display.

So there is no way of copying and just pasting into the picture library?

I have done that. Pictures downloaded from the Iphone show up but the pictures I copy to the folder don't display.

The programs are no longer installed when Windows refreshes the computer so there is no uninstall option but they are still on the hard drive.

The Picture App says no pictures added when I copy and paste into Pictures Library. What am I doing wrong?

After refreshing, the programs don't give you a option of uninstalling them.

Refreshed my computer. I didn't re install some of the old programs. How should I delete them?
