well its not solved, I have reinstalled the driver by removing it and letting it reinstall by it self and it still does the same thing but this doesent matter, I got this laptop for my dad and really the only thing it is for is internet use, I know its stupid to get a gaming computer for this...

yea I know the speed test is useless but I figured if I said that I would just get someone saying to do it so I just did all cables have been swep tested not to mention I have tried different cables unlikely its a cable or switch problem if it dont have this problem with the other computers -...

I am posting this from another computer so I cant just show a screen shot but I ran the test and its 21ms ping, 20.11 Mbps down, 5.50 Mbps up concast cable - this through wifi didnt try wired but since the problem is the same on wifi and wired that wont matter on both wifi and wired transfer...

I will post all the specs when I get home posting this from my phone and I dont know everything off hand but that shouldnt matter since like I said it works with other 8.1 computers and all other stuff on the network

tried wired and wifi same exact speed, as if its capped? I know a far bit about networks set my own up using servers and stuff in my basement and even tried a store bought router in case it was somehow my ddwrt router which it wasnt I have a new laptop ASUS ROG 17" G series its running 8.1...
