That was me attempting to start it in Safe Mode. If you refer back to post #6 you can see the clipping issue.

I tried both suggestions, but unfortunately neither worked. 1. 2. I created a new user as requested, but to no avail.

I installed this driver this morning.

As requested, I shut off all of the features within the screenshot you provided. Ten minutes later, this happened. I also should mention that I tried installing the latest Service Pack for Office. I also tried to use the basic theme option with Outlook, just to see if that was the problem...

I'm using two monitors, both at 1900 by 1080. I haven't had time to give the performance settings a sterile test yet, but I will try it.

I gave that a try... I even tried another video card. The problem still persists unfortunately. I'm currently downloading service pack 1 for outlook.
