I have just installed MS Works and I have lost the left, Right, Centralize and Justify button They were on the menu bar before but the new menu bar on works is not the same, HELP

As I have already downloaded windows8 update can I download it again or can i copy from my Flash drive or is there any other way.

I have a Toshiba reovery disk for windows 7 which came with the laptop.

When I downloaded windows8 I put in on to a USBN Flash drive and that works will that be ok to do the clean install?

All I can tell you is that the laptop is a Toshiba satellite L420 and the BIOS is TOSHIBA V1.30 11/25/2010.

What is the best way to do a clean install with the pro update as I have never done it before. I have already made back ups of what I want to keep.

Yesterday I installed windows 8 and I have put wrong name on the account, how do I alter it and is personation in windows because I want to change the desktop picture.
