Go to windows credentials under Credential Manager in Control panel and delete the email account (MicrosoftAccount:user=your@email.com). Re sign and it will ask you for your email password.

Check your unicode settings under language in control panel. They need to be hebrew.

I have all my data partition backed on an external drive encrypted by bitlocker. I use MS synctoy to do the backup every day. The external hard drive is at my office. My encrypted laptop travels with me home.
