can it be not fixed without a fresh installation? is there no other way? is it not possible to manually load the start screen using task manager? or without a system repair? i just installed this copy of windows 8 pro last week, the start screen didnt load after it rebooted after i installed...

i cant get to the settings using the link, it says use the start screen to go to settings, the whole point of this post is to get the start screen which doesnt load :/ and i dont have an installer dvd.. ? :/

Windows 8 start screen is not loading? I am using task manager to open my computer and everything else. any advise?
