Nothing is working so far!!! I can boot from command prompt but cant go in boot menu.

Cant get in boot menu as well....goes straight to Login screen.

Cant access Regedit as well..

If I can access Service I wont be asking for help!!

I can but cant do anything, as I mention above same error message pops up. Perhaps there might be some other way to replace existing Services.msc. Btw, I cant run cmd or any other exe files WITH Admin privilege.
