I dont get any error codes and I am unable to access the secure boot or safe mode on startup. It shuts down and initiates a restart too. the only thing I can do from preventing it from restarting automatically is press f2 as soon as it starts. Windows 8.1 - after installation, stuck on restart...

also if it helps I know some people mentioned they were able to get the little pinwheel to show up under the samsung logo but that never appears for me.
