Downloaded all 4 , looks like chrome canary , firefox beta and opera next is equally fast but sure faster than stock stable browsers . Maxthon is also fast , got to test further and will come back much later for my results , Thanks n regards :)

Also , yes it's correct the 2011 windows tablets can't do much serious computing works and heavy duty stuff if one compares it to a desktop or a better laptop , but w8 tablet has just started quite recently and from the 2nd half of 2012 many will come with iCore 5 and 7 ( expensive though ) ...

I did a reinstall w8 but this time after the reinstall, I can't set readyboost immediately as it says my viewpad10 is already fast enough ….. jim

I noticed that when I am on the Store , I tried to move left or right using touch flicks , it is much slower , like I need to drag my finger harder , than on the main page of the Tiles . Just Fyi ..... thks for reading - jim :)

Yeah , with w8 onwards , pc era will definitely evolve towards touch tablets era , even if they disagree or dislike it , it is here already .
